The new garment transfer material is an opaque white media designed to be print and cut for heat transfer to light or dark garments, either cotton or cotton blends. Graphics are simply printed right-reading, placed on the garment and heat pressed using a transfer a transfer tissue or Teflon pad over the graphic (adhesive transfer products do not work well). Finished transfers offer terrific color with good handling.

CPS 2100 – ColorPrint Standard *** can also be used with Solvent ***
ColorPrint Standard is a smooth surfaced white polyurethane film for right reading thermal transfer printing and plotter cutting. ColorPrint Standard is designed for transfer to cotton, polyester knits, and cotton-polyester blended fabrics. Transfer at the relative low transfer temperature (300F – 315F) for 30 seconds with firm pressure. The use of Transfer and Seal Tape from Specialty Materials for easy transfer stability and improved image life.

CPS 2150 – ColorPrint NYLON *** can also be used with Solvent ***
ColorPrint NYLON is a smooth surfaced white polyurethane film for right reading thermal transfer printing and plotter cutting to nylon fabrics. ColorPrint Nylon is using the same heat settings as the Standard product (300F – 315F) but uses a special adhesive which only requires 15 seconds with firm pressure to adhere to the fabric. The use of Transfer and Seal Tape from Specialty Materials for easy transfer stability and improved image life.

CPS 2165 – ColorPrint Solvent “ FROST”
ColorPrint Solvent “FROST” is a smooth surfaced white polyurethane film for right reading eco solvent / solvent printing cutting. ColorPrint Solvent “FROST” has a satin finish and the film has a blocking agent that reduces dye migration into the film. The material features a soft hand and stretchable resilience permitting the application even to fabrics such as Lycra and Spandex. Its low transfer temperature (325 F) hot melt adhesive and a 15 second dwell time permit transfer to most fabrics including nylons. The use of Transfer and Seal Tape from Specialty Materials for easy transfer stability and improved image life.

ColorPrint Solvent “Leather” is a opaque white film for the use on very heat-sensitive materials such as leather and vinyl. It employs a very low temperature (185F and 200F) hot-melt adhesive require only a 10-15 second dwell time.
